What Happens in Vegas...
The vampire population of Las Vegas is estimated at 30-40 permanent residents. The large casinos, however, often have that many again as ‘visitors’ from out of the city; opulant penthouses with food supplied are given as political rewards and bought as high-class ‘vampire vacations’ by the rich and powerful of other cities.
The Board of Directors controls the city nightlife; its members control the mega-casinos and are known as the Lords of the Strip (and the nominal Prince, the Lord of Freemont). Feeding at the Lords’ casinos is by permission only.
Other neighborhoods, nightclubs, bars, and dives are claimed by resident coteries. Feeding in claimed areas is generally restricted to the owners…if they catch you at it.
The Circle of the Crone is banned in the city.
